Mom watched Johnny Carson every night and I suspect that it kept her laughing during the down times. I can still hear and see her laughing at Johnny~

Mother's Cooking

I have so many good memories of mom's good cooking and the foods that she made for picnics and family get togethers. She always made enough and fixed everything ahead of time, there was no being late with mom. I need that quality more, lol. :)
Some of the foods that I remember and like a lot, coleslaw, big, fat burgers with all the fixings, potato salad, baked beans, cream cheese graham cracker dessert with blueberry or cherry topping, yum! And her wonderful jello combinations of marshmallows, pineapple, cherries, cottage cheese and whipped cream. Thanks again, mom, for the memory.
